These extensive renovations give the imposing building a whole new lease of life. Just 80 metres away, you can reach the Klagenfurt beach pool via the lakeside promenade. The close proximity to the city centre and the resort of Krumpendorf complement the unique lakeside location.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Klagenfurt, with about 100,000 inhabitants, offers the amenities of a smaller town, but also excellent universities, an international airport and a great culinary and cultural programme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There is a bus stop within walking distance of the accommodation units with two bus lines that will take you to the centre of Klagenfurt within 15 minutes. The city centre can be reached by car in 10 minutes thanks to its proximity to the motorway.
