We and our family had been looking for a flat in the alps for a while. After several Austrian estate agents without success, we finally got in contact with D&D from IJsselstein. The result was the purchase of our newly built flat in Vorarlberg. D&D is a Dutch estate agent with good contacts in Austria and aware of local laws and regulations. D&D turned out to be the right party for us with personal, tailor-made attention. Throughout the entire process, both during the purchase and afterwards, they were always available and helpful with supportive advice. We are extremely happy with our beautiful flat on Gerlitzenberg in Austria, which we bought through Frans Diks. The location is perfect, with ski-in and ski-out, lots of hiking possibilities, and other activities like Drachenfliegen and mountain(!)biking: the flat in modern alpine style is exactly what we were looking for. Frans was helpful and professional throughout the whole process. He answered all our questions with patience and gave us valuable advice. We were looking for a flat in a 4-season area as an investment that we can also use ourselves at all times. This we we found at D&D real estate in the beautiful town of Bad Kleinkirchheim. We first made a viewing trip and recently visited again. The location, conviviality, number of sunshine hours and all other amenities in beautiful Carinthia really appealed to us.
