D&D Second Home, formerly known as D&D Immobilien, has been involved in the sale of holiday homes for over 25 years, with a focus on the most beautiful locations.
Our aim is to provide our clients with comprehensive advice on the purchase and sale of leisure property.
We strive to assist our clients at every stage of the process, from the beginning of the buying process to the completion of their property. D&D ensures that our clients liaise with all necessary parties such as notaries, accountants and other parties involved in the leisure project.
Whether you are looking for a house, chalet or apartment, we offer a wide range of options in the most picturesque and progressive areas, where both summer and winter tourism are guaranteed. We also regularly attend trade fairs, including the Second Home Fair.
We also act as agents for various parties, including developers and private individuals.
Frans Diks:
Together with my wife, I have been self-employed for more than three decades. From 1981 to 2006 I owned an Insurance-, Mortgage- en Real Estate Agent office. During this time, I not only sold houses in the Netherlands, but also holiday homes in beautiful Austria.
My love for the mountainous landscape of Austria and my extensive local network led me, after selling the insurance agency in 2006, to focus entirely on helping Austrian lovers buy and sell their dream home in this beautiful country. We have been active in Austria since 1999 and have over 20 years experience in the Austrian property market.
Our daughter, Simone Diks, has been working with us since the age of 19. As a registered estate agent and valuer and a member of VBO Makelaars, she contributes to the quality and expertise of our services.

What could be better than assisting clients with the sale or purchase of recreational properties or projects? My desire to always go that extra mile characterises my commitment and involvement in every transaction.
Besides my passion for guiding clients, my expertise also lies in the field of (real estate) marketing. Before launching a (new) project, there are countless tasks to determine the optimal strategy. I bite into finding the most effective marketing approach and take immediately visible steps from day one.
