The home comes with 2 private parking spaces (a carport and an open spot) and approximately 400 m² of private land—enough space to truly be yourself. The house comes standard with electric floor heating, and those who love that cozy feeling by the fireplace can opt for a charming wood-burning stove. The house will be delivered as a shell, but don’t worry: we’d be happy to help you plan a stylish interior, ideal if you want to rent out the house (in part).
