Bergresort Gerlitzen has been completely renovated. The apartments are furnished in a modern ‘alpine look’. Each flat is completely newly furnished and has 1 bedroom, luxurious modern bathroom with toilet, balcony and a living room with a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartments can accommodate 4 people The whole building is split ownership and has a VVE.

Adventurous winter sports enthusiasts can make use of an extensive network of a total of 20 ski lifts. This pristine winter sports paradise stretches from 1,000 to 1,911 metres above sea level. Its central location means that the cities of Villach and Klagenfurt can be reached in a short time.
The many lakes such as Wörthersee, Faakersee, Weissensee are also within reach and offer many possibilities.
